    This used to be my favorite breakfast place until they remodeled it and turned it into Caribou.  The environment is so cold now and unwelcoming.  The employees are extremely rude and not helpful at all.  No one ever smiled, welcomed me or told me to have a nice day.  When I was ordering the cashier asked me a question that I was unsure of and instead of offering me a suggestion she gave me a dirty look!  They are slow to get your food and they took away the fountain drinks!  I will never be back or recommend it to anyone.

    What a disappointment. I used to like this place before caribou coffee came in and spent a lot of money to remodel and make changes. The occupant flow of an already small crowded place is much worse. The service is very slow and the staff confused about orders. The bagels seem to still be the same but the new layout and staff have a lot to be desired. Such a shame that what was already working and had a lot of loyal patrons is now dysfunctional and not enjoyable
